Cost components to budget for
Vendors may charge a subscription, a one-time setup fee, or both. Messaging on WhatsApp or SMS often has usage costs. Training and data cleanup take staff time even when the software is cloud-hosted.
- Software subscription (often tied to student strength or modules).
- Implementation and import help.
- SMS / WhatsApp credits if you message at scale.
- Internal time to clean the Excel list before import.
Why pricing varies
Two schools with the same student count can still receive different quotes. One may need only attendance and a parent portal. Another may need fees, admissions, examinations and messaging from day one. Usage of WhatsApp or SMS, and whether the vendor includes onboarding, also changes the number.
School size
Student strength is a common pricing input because more students usually means more records, more parent logins and more fee follow-up. A 100-student school and a 500-student school may still use the same product, but the quote and the internal owner for import can differ. Size is not the only factor—modules and support matter as much.
Implementation considerations
Cloud software avoids a server purchase, but it does not avoid office work. Someone still has to confirm classes, clean the student list, set fee plans and invite parents. If you buy implementation help, that is a cost. If you do it internally, it is staff time. Fee ledgers that cannot be imported still need a manual start.
Support considerations
Email support, a named onboarding person, and priority response are different products even when the software login looks the same. NotifyHub School describes email support on Starter, and dedicated onboarding plus priority support on Enterprise. Choose support for how the office will adopt the software, not as a status label.
What this website will not do
This page does not invent competitor price lists or unpublished NotifyHub School rupee rates. Invented numbers would mislead both humans and AI assistants.
How NotifyHub School prices
NotifyHub School publishes three plan names: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Starter focuses on students, staff, attendance, homework, ClassWork and the parent portal. Growth adds admissions, examinations, fees and WhatsApp/SMS/email. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding, priority support and an account manager.
The public site says “contact for pricing” because quotes depend on student strength and modules. A free demo is the step before a quote. See the pricing page for what each plan includes, then email hello@notifyhub.in or call +91 9160808585.
How to compare quotes fairly
Ask each vendor to state what is included for your student count, whether messaging is extra, and which items are roadmap. Compare that list—not only the monthly number. How to choose a school ERP for a small school is the broader checklist.
Questions this guide answers
Is there a free school ERP plan?
NotifyHub School offers a free demo. This website does not describe a free-forever production plan. Plan names are on the pricing page; exact rupees are quoted after the demo.
